Centennial Lakes Office Park has four conference rooms available for tenant use at no charge. Reservations are made by using the tenant login feature on centenniallakes.com or by calling the management office at 952-837-8400.

This conference room is unique in the sense that it can be divided into two rooms via a collapsible wall partition. (Please note: This wall is sound-deadening, but not soundproof.) This conference room is located on the lower level of the 3600 Minnesota Drive building, in the hallway next to the convenience store and near the main building elevators. The entire conference room can seat 24 people comfortably around the tables. There are an additional 12 chairs (total) stored in the closets. Each side comes equipped with speakerphone capabilities, modem and wireless Internet connection, visual aid board (white board), easel with paper, dry erase markers, and a ceiling-mounted presentation screen. The conference room is open during building hours, Monday through Friday.
Reservations are accepted up to three months in advance. Building policy does not permit the sharing of tables/chairs between the conference rooms. With advance notice, Centennial Concierge can assist you in renting additional tables/chairs, projection equipment, etc. They can also assist in arranging catering for snacks, beverages, or lunch.
Conference rooms are utilized on a frequent basis, and, therefore, reservations are often booked back-to-back. In light of this, please include set-up and clean-up time in your reservations. Note: Evening and weekend bookings are available, but it is each tenant’s responsibility to clean up and to remove any extra items/trash following their scheduled meeting.
Internet Service: Centennial Lakes conference rooms feature wireless Internet service. If tenants have the proper wireless hardware/adaptor installed on their laptop, they can connect to the Internet through this wireless connection. Dial-up connection via modem is still available. Tenants need to know their company dial-up numbers in order to connect to the Internet using the modem. The modem jack is on the same outlet plate as the telephone jack.
