Notary Services: Complimentary notary service is available in the Property Management Office for Centennial Lakes Office Park tenants.  To schedule, contact Monique Resch at clopmain@cushwake.com or Cindy Washburn at cindy.washburn@cushwake.com.





Complementary training and conference rooms are available in each building for tenant use.


Five conference rooms and an outdoor patio are available.



Conference rooms are available 7 AM to 5 PM weekdays, but can be reserved outside of these time frames by contacting property management. Reservations can be made up to 90 days in advance. To allow for equitable use, there will be no exceptions to this period of advance booking.

If you are a designated contact person for the Management Office, you will be given log-in capabilities to submit maintenance requests. Please contact the Management Office at 952-837-8400 to have access set up. Tenant maintenance requests may be submitted by logging on and clicking the Work Request tab.


Please note that the online Work Requests are not monitored 24 hours a day. Leaks, flooding, odors, etc. should be called into the 24 hour dispatch at 952-831-1001














Centennial Lakes Lounge (previously the Gift Shop)


Whether you crave a treat or you need to pick up a last minute greeting card, the Centennial Lakes Gift Shop has you covered.

Each of the buildings at Centennial Lakes Office Park has a parking ramp connected to the building providing ample parking for Tenant’s employees and their visitors.


Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.  Please contact the Management Office to inquire about contract parking availability.

Centennial Office Park is becoming more energy conscientious by providing an electrical car charging station for our tenants. Charging stations are sustainable amenity putting Centennial Lakes Office Park at the forefront by anticipating the future needs of our tenants.



The GE Durastation is located in the lower level parking ramp of 3601 West 76th Street. It is a single pedestal station easily accessible while parking. It is capable of charging two cars at a time.



Tenants who want to use the charging station will receive a RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) card from the management office to use for authorization, tracking, and bill-back payment.










ATM machines can be found within the Centennial Lakes complex at these locations:

7701 (Centennial I) – First Floor Lobby

7650 (Centennial IV) – Lower Level Vending Area

3600 (Centennial V) – Inside the Centennial Lakes Gift Shop




















U.S. Postal Service


Centennial Lakes Office Park is serviced by Edina’s Normandale Branch of the U.S. Post Office. For questions or special services, please contact them directly at 800-275-8777.

Tenant mailboxes and an outgoing mail drop are located inside of each of these buildings.



Express Couriers


Express Courier drop boxes are provided for tenants in each of the Centennial Lakes buildings. Specific information, by building, is provided below.












Locker/Shower Rooms:

Locker areas and shower rooms are located in the following buildings:

7601 France Avenue South – located on the first floor in the men’s and women’s restrooms
7650 Edinborough Way – located on the lower level in the men’s and women’s restrooms
3600 Minnesota Drive – located on the lower level in the men’s and women’s restrooms


Edinborough Park:


Edinborough Park, located at 7700 York Avenue, is one block southeast of the Centennial Lakes Office Park complex. Employees of Centennial Lakes Office Park have free use of the swimming pool, indoor walking track, fitness equipment and locker rooms at Edinborough Park.


Project Wellness Chair Massage:


Project Wellness promotes onsite and mobile chair massage and assists companies in developing their own corporate wellness programs.  10-30 minute chair massages are available between 10:00AM-2:00PM on Tuesdays, on the Lower Level of the 3600 building.

Bike Racks:


Bike racks are located in each building parking ramp.


Centennial Lakes Office Park’s Security is on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.


They can be reached during normal business hours by calling the Management Office at 952-837-8400. After hours, they can be reached at 952-831-1001 and are available to assist with questions or concerns at all times.


While this may be available to Tenants, crime prevention responsibility rests with every Tenant. Unless suite doors are found unlocked or there is reason to believe there is suspicious circumstances, security personnel will not enter the office suites.
