From 1995, when construction first began, until today, the “gem” that is Centennial Lakes Office Park, continues to shine and set the industry standard for exceptional Class A commercial real estate in the greater southern suburban area.

It’s true what they say…location, location, location!  Centennial Lakes Office Park began as a mere vision, when the City of Edina partnered with local developers, to turn the last large piece of commercial land available within its borders, an old gravel pit, in to a pedestrian-friendly community within a community.  The result was one of the first mixed-use developments of its time, which seamlessly combined moderate-income housing, office, retail, medical, restaurant, and entertainment, all interconnected by walkable spaces that meandered through a large public park and magical lakes backdrop.  From 1995, when construction first began, until today, the “gem” that is Centennial Lakes Office Park, continues to shine and set the industry standard for exceptional Class A commercial real estate in the greater southern suburban area.

As we look back on the past few years, the building management and asset management teams were not satisfied to sit back and rest on their laurels, but instead, took on ambitious projects intended to upgrade, enhance, and continue to improve the tenant experience.  From some key amenity improvements, such as the new Centennial Lounge, the complete renovation and technology upgrades in all our conference rooms, the remodel of all locker rooms, or to more subtle changes, such as our exterior and linkway lighting, and carpet and wallcovering changes, it is apparent that our teams continue to have details and the tenant experience at the forefront of their decisions.

In 2023, as we move forward with perseverance and optimism in our vision, we remain committed to focusing our energy and service on you, our tenants, as we strive to continue to exceed your expectations and provide an exemplary tenant experience.  It’s our way of constantly reinvigorating and revitalizing Centennial Lakes Office Park, and always investing in its future success.
