Centennial Lakes Development Story:

Centennial Lakes Office Park is part of a 100-acre, mixed-use development that blends office, retail, entertainment, residential, and park land into a nationally recognized community center. Formerly a gravel pit, this beautiful site was developed by United Properties, which continues to own the park through a joint venture.

United Properties, founded in 1916, is part of Marquette Real Estate Group, which also owns RJM Construction, NorthMarq and Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq Real Estate Services. The company owns more than six million square feet of office, industrial and retail space in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Colorado. The park is managed and leased by Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq.

City of Edina approved the Centennial Lakes plan
