Centennial Lakes Office Park is serviced by Edina’s Normandale Branch of the U.S. Post Office.

Tenant mailboxes and an outgoing mail drop are located inside of each of these buildings.

 

  • Centennial Lakes I, 7701 France Ave S: lower level- pick up 4:00pm
  • Centennial Lakes II, 7601 France Ave S: lower level- pick up 4:00pm
  • Centennial Lakes IV, 7650 Edinborough Way: lower level across from the freight elevator- pick up 4:45pm
  • Centennial Lakes V, 3600 Minnesota Drive: across from the conference room/adjacent to the convenience store – pick up 4:45pm

 

Incoming mail is delivered at approximately 12:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

There is no Saturday mail pick-up.

Any oversized package or mail that needs to be acknowledged by signature will be delivered to your suite by the mail carrier. All of the building tenants are assigned mailboxes. Please call the Management Office at (952) 837-8400 with questions.

 

Centennial Lakes III, 3601 West 76th Street

The Edina Post Office will deliver mail directly to each suite. Outgoing mail can be left with your carrier at the time of delivery or deposited in the outgoing mailbox. A standard blue outgoing mailbox is located on the loading dock on the south side of the building.

Express Couriers

Express Courier drop boxes are provided for tenants in each of the Centennial Lakes buildings.

 

Pick-up times (M-F, excluding holidays):

Centennial Lakes I, 7701 France Ave S, located in the lower level parking garage:
FedEx: 6:45 p.m.; UPS: 7:00 p.m.

Centennial Lakes II, 7601 France Ave S, located in lower level parking garage:
FedEx: 6:30 p.m.; UPS: 7:00 p.m.

Centennial Lakes III, 3601 W 76th St, located in the lower level parking garage:
FedEx: 6:00 p.m.

Centennial Lakes IV, 7650 Edinborough Way, located in the lower level near the vending machines:
FedEx: 6:15 p.m.; UPS: 6:00 p.m.

Centennial Lakes V, 3600 Minnesota Drive, located in the lower level near the vending machines:
FedEx: 6:45 p.m.; UPS: 7:00 p.m.
